Practice Prescriptions – Account Deletion

Practice Prescriptions users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data.

Option 1: Delete your account in the app

1. Open Practice Prescriptions.

2. Navigate to the account settings.

3. Select Delete Account and follow the instructions.

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Email admin with the subject "Practice Prescriptions Account Deletion."

We will verify your request and provide instructions for completing the deletion.

Data deletion and retention

Account information and associated personal data will be deleted in accordance with our data retention policy. Certain records may be retained where legally required. We will inform you of any applicable retention periods.
